Use this form to submit a capital project funding request to the New Mexico Legislature. This form is intended for members of the public, nonprofits, and organizations that do not yet have a Capital Platform account.

Your submission will be routed to Legislative Council Service staff for review. You'll receive a reference number when you submit — keep it for your records and any follow-up correspondence.
